Activate your device
Connect your HAND-E over USB, then link your license to it. Nothing is installed or changed on the device.

1 Connect your device
Plug HAND-E into this computer and make sure it shows the HAND-E launcher (not an app). Keep it plugged in until this page says it’s activated.

- Firmware
Check that it matches the Board ID on the board’s screen.
2 Enter your license code
One license works with one device. Bought online? Your license key (HANDE-…) is on your Polar purchase page: open Access purchase in the order email from Polar; the key is under Benefit Grants.
This key will be linked to this board (Board ID ). One key works on one board.
USB links the key; the board unlocks itself over Wi-Fi.
We could not confirm the link (Board ID ). Your key may already be linked to this board.
Press “Link key to this board” again on THIS board only: it is safe and will not use another license.
Your key is linked to this board (Board ID ). It unlocks when the board is on Wi-Fi.
Once it is on Wi-Fi, tap CHECK AGAIN on its screen.
